Cancellation Policy

Please read through my policies before booking Acceptable forms of payment: * cash * card * zelle * venmo * cashapp Cash and Zelle preferred. There is a 3.5% processing fee for card payments. There will be a 50% service deposit required upon booking. This deposit is nonrefundable but will go towards your service total. If you fail to reschedule/cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment it will be a lost deposit and you will need to pay a new one when booking the next appointment. If you reschedule, your deposit will go towards your new appointment. You can reschedule by texting me! No call/no shows will be charged for the full amount of service and will not be booked for any future services. A grace period of 10 minutes will be given before the appointment is cancelled. Please come to your appointment with no makeup on and no guests (unless approved prior). I understand there are unforeseen circumstances where you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, I ask that you would give 48 hours notice! Thank you for your understanding!
